2022 Black History Month Theme: Health and Wellness
In support of this year's black history month theme, I've chosen Dedicated Fitness owned and operated by Dina Scruggs out of Arlington, Texas. Guys, she is amazing. She is a fitness trainer, coach, and nutrition coach. Her focus is HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), kickboxing, strength, and agility. Like many of us, she struggled with her weight throughout her life. She became a mom with back-to-back babies that added to struggle. She had a moment of realization and that was it. She started the change to a healthier lifestyle at first on her own and then with the support of a personal trainer. she met her goal and realized she wanted to be on the other side and help others with their weight loss goals. I know she isn't out here but she does offer virtual sessions that can be emailed so you can do them on your time at, what I believe, is a reasonable price. Dedicated Fitness is a VERY convenient option. I'm a member and home with three kids. It's very convenient for me to do the workouts when I can fit them in through the week. Dina also does boot camps. She has scheduled live workouts and like I mentioned she can email them to you for your convenience. Love her videos she is so laid back. She shows all the low and high-impact options for each of the workouts. She makes sure we stretch before and after. She plays music and she is funny lol. I highly recommend you contact her for more info.
