Why does my candle look like this?

A: It’s perfectly common for soy wax candles to have sink holes, frosting, and air bubbles. It doesn’t affect the candle or wax melt’s scent or ability.

 

Does soy wax last longer than other types of candles?

A: Soy wax and a great option for a candle or wax melt because it has a lower melting point. A soy wax candle generally burns about 7-9 hours per ounce. An 8-ounce candle can burn up to 72 hours. Significantly longer than a typical paraffin wax candle. 

 

Do I just throw out my pillar candle when the wick is done?

A: No way! Don’t waste that perfectly good, scented wax. Pop it into your wax melter and extend the use of that pillar candle.

 

What do I do with my container after the candle is used?

A: Mazi chose the containers for her candles specifically because they can be used in other ways. Bowls can be cleaned out and used as dishes. Glass jars can be reused also. Some examples are holding hair ties, cotton balls, or q-tips. Cosmetics, cremes and lotions.
