All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days from my EU location in Kaiserslautern.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping

• €5.49 in Deutschland mainland under 4kg.

Shipping is available :

• To the Netherlands, France, Italy, the UK, and Belgium.

Local pick-up available:

• In the Kaiserslautern area. 

Shipping rates are applied at checkout; add the products you're interested in to your cart and shipping destination to view your shipping costs.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of my control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

U.K. customers - we're currently noticing that orders shipping to U.K. destinations occasionally experience delays due to recent Brexit-related changes at customs. Please email maziscentedcandles@gmail.com if you experience delays in your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note, that any customs fees and duties applied to a shipment are not included in the cost of shipping and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

We accept most of the used payment methods in Europe amongst, but not limited to, PayPal, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, and bank transfers.

 

Here at Mazi Scented Candles, we do our best to operate responsibly concerning Mother Earth. Our packaging materials are eco-friendly. We use cardboard corrugated boxes sealed with either biodegradable Kraft paper tape or our custom-made paper tape, crinkle paper, and biodegradable packing peanuts, and sometimes we recycle packing materials we receive from suppliers.
