Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.
Workshop spaces are limited to ensure a personalized and enjoyable experience. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages provided during the workshop.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 14 Days Before the Workshop
Guests may cancel and receive a full refund or transfer their reservation to another available workshop date.
7-14 Days Before the Workshop
Guests may transfer their reservation to another available workshop date. Refunds are not available.
Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop
No refunds or credits will be issued.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member by notifying Mazi Scented Candles prior to the event.
Workshop Minimum Attendance
Mazi Scented Candles reserves the right to reschedule workshops that do not meet the minimum attendance requirement.
In the event a workshop is canceled by Mazi Scented Candles, guests may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to another workshop date
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the workshop begins.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to participate in portions of the workshop to avoid disrupting the experience for other attendees.
Food & Beverage
Select workshops include wine and light refreshments.
Guests are encouraged to notify Mazi Scented Candles of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before the event. While accommodations will be made when possible, they cannot be guaranteed.
Handmade Experience
Every candle is hand-poured and created by you. Slight variations are part of the handcrafted experience and make each candle unique.
